How the price is built
A quote based on the work, not a headline fee.
Structure, transaction volume, sales channels, VAT, payroll, reporting frequency and the condition of the records all change the work involved. The assessment collects those facts before we discuss price, so you are not shown a cheap package that leaves the important work outside scope.
If there is catch-up work, we identify it separately. If a simpler annual or quarterly service is enough, we will say so. You receive a defined scope and price before an engagement begins.
What makes the first call useful
You do not need perfect records before making an enquiry. Give us the honest version: what is behind, which deadlines are close, how money reaches the bank and what you cannot currently see. If you have an existing accountant, tell us what is missing from that relationship. If the business is new, tell us what you are setting up and when you expect to start trading.
We use the discovery call to test the scope, answer questions and agree the sensible next step. There is no obligation to proceed, and submitting the form does not create an accountant-client relationship.
