We want people to be able to understand our services and make an enquiry regardless of disability, device or assistive technology.

How the site is designed

The site uses semantic headings and labels, keyboard-operable controls, visible focus states, responsive layouts, text alternatives for meaningful images and reduced-motion support. Pages can be zoomed and read with common browser and assistive-technology settings.

Video content

The short social videos include on-screen text and are paired with written summaries. Some older clips may not have a complete synchronised caption track or full transcript. If you need a transcript or the information in another format, contact us and identify the video.

Making an enquiry another way

If the multi-step form is difficult to use, email info@wetflooraccounting.co.uk or write to 13 The Woodlands, Lilleshall, Newport, England, TF10 9EN. Tell us the adjustment or format you need; you do not need to explain a diagnosis.

Report an accessibility problem

Email info@wetflooraccounting.co.uk with “Website accessibility” in the subject line. Include the page, what you were trying to do and the browser or assistive technology used if you are comfortable sharing it. We will investigate and offer a reasonable alternative where we can.
